Dublin and adjacent areas to a proposal submitted by Foxrock Estates Limited providing for the erection of a licensed premises and also shops off Kill Lane, Foxrock and adjoining Foxrock Park; and if in view of the objection of the residents he will ensure that no undesirable development is sanctioned.

I have recently received an appeal from the Foxrock Park Residents Association against the decision of Dublin County Council to grant planning permission for the development in question. The appeal is at present under consideration.
