asked the Minister for Local Government if it is a fact that issue of a payable order for £2,250 to a person (name supplied) in respect of a building loan which was sanctioned in December, 1964 was withheld although the order was actually in the possession of the Cork County Council when request was made for payment on behalf of the applicant during the week ending 23rd October.
