Vol. 218 No. 9

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Phoenix Park Lighting.

14.

asked the Minister for Finance if, having regard to the need for public lighting on the pathway from the Park Lane gateway, Chapelizod, in the Phoenix Park to St. Mary's Chest Hospital, which is much used by patients and staff in the hospital, he will have such public lighting provided there at an early date.

The provision of such lighting would not be justified for general Park purposes. The provision of facilities for the patients and staff of St. Mary's Chest Hospital is the responsibility of the Dublin Health Authority.
