Vol. 219 No. 5

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Ringaskiddy (Cork) Housing.

25.

asked the Minister for Local Government the reason for the delay in the erection of county council houses in Ringaskiddy, County Cork.

I understand that it became necessary for Cork County Council to obtain a foreshore licence under the Foreshore Act, 1933, to lay a sewer from the site for this scheme to the river. An objection has been made to the granting of a licence, and the Minister for Transport and Power is awaiting the Council's observations on the objection.
