asked the Minister for Lands if the remainder of the O'Connor estate, Ballyvadin, County Tipperary, will be divided among the smallholders of the locality this spring.

An area of 15 acres on this 63 acre estate was allotted to a local smallholder in 1964. Final arrangements for the disposal of the balance—48 acres—have not yet been settled.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will make a statement as to when the Fitzgerald estate, Williamstown, County Tipperary, will be divided.

A scheme has been formulated and it is expected that the lands, comprising 255 acres, will be allotted this spring.
