Vol. 221 No. 14

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Grants to Firm.

35.

asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce what grants have been paid and what grants were allocated in respect of a firm (name and address supplied); if there is any difference between the two amounts; and, if so, the reason for it.

An industrial grant of £23,850 was approved by An Foras Tionscal for the firm mentioned by the Deputy. The amount paid to date is £22,200 leaving a balance of £1,650. The payment of the full amount is dependent on compliance with certain conditions attaching to the grant.

Perhaps Deputy Dowling will again oblige and ask Question No. 36 on behalf of Deputy Carter, who is not here.

Again, I shall ask the question, this time on behalf of Deputy Carter.

I am very much obliged.
