They have reported that losses of live stock in the spring were appreciably higher than normal, but they are not in a position to assess the effect of this on cattle numbers in the counties now as compared with the beginning of last November.
Would the Minister have the overall figures for the country?
We will soon have the June census, which are the only reliable figures.
