asked the Minister for Justice the number of accidents that have occurred on the north side of Butt Bridge, Dublin, during the past 12 months.

The total number of accidents known to the Garda that occurred at the place in question in the 12 months ended 30th September, 1966, is 27.

100.

asked the Minister for Justice if he will state the number of accidents that have occurred on the Finglas road, Dublin, for each of the years 1962 to 1965 inclusive, and during the past nine months, and how many of such accidents were fatal.

One fatal accident occurred on Finglas Road during the entire period referred to. That was on 2nd October, 1966, and resulted in the deaths of two persons.

The remaining particulars in the answer are in the form of a tabular statement, which, with your permission, a Cheann Comhairle, will be circulated with the Official Report.
