I would refer the Deputy to my reply to a similar question by Deputy Clinton on 18th October.
Can the Minister say if this White Paper has not been available in his Department for some time past, and if it is available, can he say why it is not released?
I wish it were; I should soon release it.
Why go to more expense? It will finish up in smoke.
Would it be relevant to inquire, if the White Paper is not in the Department, where it is?
It is being drafted. We hope to have it out by the end of the year.
