Vol. 225 No. 8

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - County Galway Estates.

90.

asked the Minister for Lands the position regarding the Curley and Farrell estates at Curlack, Roseberry, Ballymoe, County Galway.

I presume that the Deputy is referring to the estates of Hurley and Farrell in the townlands of Corlackan and Tobinstown near Ballymoe. Possession of both of these properties, aggregating some 144 acres, has passed to the Land Commission. Pending completion of the necessary inquiries on the ground, I am unable to forecast just now when a composite scheme of division can be planned.
