asked the Minister for Lands if he will expedite the acquisition of mountain commonage known as the Scolm at Ballysaggart, Lismore, County Waterford; and if in the proposed allotment he will have regard to the wishes of the Ballysaggart GAA club that they be granted facilities for a much-needed playing pitch.

The Land Commission have no proceedings for the acquisition of this property but the matter is on record for inquiry. The needs of the Ballysaggart GAA Club will be fully considered by the Land Commission in the event of the lands becoming available to them.
