The sale of many substances of the type referred to in the question is already controlled and I am considering, in consultation with the Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries, the extension of that control to some additional substances.
It will, of course, be appreciated that many chemicals for agricultural use are comparatively innocuous and present little, if any, hazard to health.
