asked the Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries if his attention has been drawn to reports of a plan by the French Government for the development of the Limousin, a beef animal which produces half a ton of beef per year and hardly any milk; and, if so, what steps he is taking to investigate this potential threat to this country's beef industry.
