Vol. 226 No. 11

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - County Tipperary Estates.

22.

asked the Minister for Lands whether the Land Commission have acquired the Cahill estate, Grangemockler, County Tipperary; and, if so, when it is likely to be divided.

Possession of this 73 acre holding has passed to the Land Commission and it is expected that the lands will be allotted within the next few weeks.

23.

asked the Minister for Lands whether the Rafferty Estate, Monard, County Tipperary is to be divided this spring; and, if not, if he will state the up-to-date position.

I would refer the Deputy to my reply to his previous Question on 17th May last. Proceedings for the purchase of some 66 acres in the townland of Acraboy have been going on for some time but are not as yet concluded. Just now I can say no more than that there may be some developments in the next few weeks.
