The Kildare County Health District Cottage Purchase Scheme, 1965, which came into force on 31st July, 1966, includes cottages Nos. 1174 to 1184, inclusive, at Cowpasture.
On 20th February, 1967, I made an order approving of the Kildare County Health District Cottage Purchase Scheme, 1966, which includes cottage No. 1185 at Cowpasture, and a copy of the order was sent to the council on 22nd February for incorporation in the scheme. I now await the submission by the council of copies of the scheme, incorporating the order, for presentation to the House in accordance with section 13 (3) of the Labourers Act, 1936. Unless a resolution annulling the approval order is passed within the prescribed period, I will make the necessary commencement order in due course providing for the coming into force of the scheme.
