A capital allocation for the scheme has already been made to the council and they hope to have work started early next month.
As regards the formalities of the loan, I have notified the Commissioners of Public Works of my formal sanction to the raising of a loan for this scheme and I hope to be in a position shortly to communicate with the council in regard to the issue of the loan from the Local Loans Fund and the usual terms of such issue.
