The Asgard will be ready to go to sea in the first week of May for the current sailing season.
No programme of training trips is arranged for An Slua Mhuirí whose members use small vessels, i.e., five naval whalers and Asgard for training purposes especially at week-ends. The extent of use depends on the number of members of An Slua available at any given time and on weather conditions.
