Everfresh Foods Ltd. is in receivership. The amount of the Taiscí Stáit loan of £91,700 which will be recovered has not yet been determined but is likely to be small.
As regards the second part of the question, the fixed assets of the company have been sold to a private firm who are continuing to operate the factory at Banagher.
