The information sought by the Deputy is available only in respect of the financial years. The total indebtedness of all local authorities, excluding harbour authorities, vocational education committees and committees of agriculture, at 31st March, 1967, is estimated at £209.22 million. The corresponding figure at 31st March, 1957, was £128.476 million.
