Vol. 231 No. 6

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Tipperary Hospital Accommodation.

45.

asked the Minister for Health the position to date with regard to the urgent need for additional accommodation at Saint Vincent's Hospital, Tipperary.

Revised proposals involving expenditure in excess of £40,000 have recently been submitted to my Department and are being examined. I understand that the provision of a lift in the existing hospital is considered by the health authority to be of particular urgency and I intend to approve of the carrying out of this work without delay.
