15.

asked the Minister for Local Government when it is proposed to sanction the scheme for development at Gough's Quarry, Limerick, which was sent to his Department on 30th March, 1967.

With your permission, a Cheann Comhairle, I propose to take Questions Nos. 14 and 15 together.

Schemes for the provision of shelters and completion of a swimming pool at the old Reservoir, Ennis Road, Limerick, and for development at Gough's Quarry were among the proposals submitted for execution by the Limerick Corporation with the aid of grants from the Employment and Emergency Schemes Vote for 1966-67. As the proposals were not submitted in time for consideration for grants out of that year's Vote they could not then be approved. The schemes were recently resubmitted to my Department and will be considered as part of the current year's programme.
