25.

asked the Minister for Local Government when he proposes to sanction the contract documents for the Mallow water supply improvement scheme, County Cork.

Contract documents for this scheme, which were received in my Department on 24th October, 1967, are under examination.

26.

asked the Minister for Local Government when the plans for the sewerage scheme for the Demesne cottages, Tuam, County Galway, were submitted to him; and when approval will be given.

The specification and plans for a sewer extension to serve Demesne cottages, Tuam, which were received in my Department on 25th August, 1967, have been examined and the local authority has been asked to consider certain technical points arising out of this examination.

27.

asked the Minister for Local Government the present position regarding the grant for the Gortmullin, Kenmare sewerage scheme for which Kerry County Council applied for sanction some four months ago.

Kerry County Council's application for a loan to finance the scheme referred to by the Deputy was received in my Department on 27th September last and was sanctioned by me on 29th ultimo.
