Vol. 234 No. 9

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Water and Sewerage Schemes.

12.

asked the Minister for Local Government the up-to-date position with regard to the Killenaule sewerage scheme, County Tipperary.

I have fully approved of the Killenaule sewerage scheme and sanctioned the loan to finance it.

13.

asked the Minister for Local Government when he will sanction the piped water supply scheme to the Fearbreagues, Knockroghery, County Roscommon which has already been approved by Roscommon County Council and forwarded to his Department.

A decision on the water supply extension scheme for Fearbreagues, Knockcroghery must await the outcome of the review of water and sewerage schemes which is being carried out by sanitary authorities throughout the country.

Is the Minister satisfied he is not a fear bréaga himself?
