asked the Minister for Finance the total capital inflow for 1967; and the amount of foreign funds held in Irish banks.

The preliminary estimate of the net capital inflow in 1967 is £32 million.

The total amount of deposits held by banks in Ireland on behalf of nonresidents was £65.9 million as at 31st December, 1967.
