Vol. 238 No. 7

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Social Welfare Code: Age Limit for Qualified Children.

48.

asked the Minister for Social Welfare if he will raise the age limit for qualified children under the social welfare code as the age from 16 to 18 appears to be the most expensive period for parents especially if the children are at school; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

The introduction of legislation to raise the age limit for qualified children under the social welfare code is not, at present, contemplated.
