Vol. 239 No. 2

Ceisteanna — Questions. Oral Answers. - Executives of Semi-State Bodies.

77.

asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce if he will give details of the names and addresses of and the salaries paid to general managers and chief executives, who may or may not be on the boards of directors, in each of the semi-State companies for which he is responsible; and if he will give details of the outside directorship held by these people.

As the information requested by the Deputy is in the form of a tabular statement I propose, with your permission, a Cheann Comhairle, to have it circulated with the Official Report. The reply embraces only those State or semi-State bodies in which I have any control over remuneration of general managers or chief executives; I have no function in relation to chief executives and general managers in other instances. None of the general managers or chief executives covered in my reply holds any directorships in other semi-State bodies under the aegis of my Department.
