Is this the terms of the Resolution we agreed to?

As I understand it, the first seven of the Resolutions take effect from the date of dissolution. Does this refer to before that or as and from now?
Up to now and for some time to come.
Then we may pass the Financial Resolutions and the 90 days come into effect.
I must point out that all the Resolutions are not covered. There are really only eight of them. This Bill deals with Resolutions Nos. 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9. Resolutions Nos. 2, 10, 11, 12 and 13 are not involved. Resolutions 2, 10, 11 and 12 take effect from 1st August.
Those eight Resolutions cover taxation.
They are all taxing Resolutions.
