This matter was under consideration by my Department and the Department of Local Government over quite some time and, arising out of this, it was, in fact, recently arranged that my Department would supplement the Department of Local Government and local authority grants in the case of group water schemes in which farmers are participating if the average cost per serviced premises exceeds £180.
