Information on the cost of burial plots is not available in my Department.
I asked this question because of the fact that poor people with what they call death policies find the policy is not sufficient to pay the cost of burial of the deceased. I was wondering was the very high cost of the burial plots responsible for this situation? Would it be possible to get this information anywhere?
If the Deputy applies to either the sanitary authorities or to the joint burial boards, as the case may be, I am sure they will give him the information.
