asked the Minister for Transport and Power the draught and tonnage of vessels that can normally be accommodated at the ports of Dundalk, Drogheda, Dublin, Wicklow, Arklow, Wexford, Rosslare, Waterford and Dunmore East; the amount of State grants made available or voted for each port; and the net income of each port authority after all expenses are met, including income tax.

Notes:
*Wexford: Due to silting this harbour has been closed to commercial shipping since 1962.
†Rosslare: This port is managed by C.I.E. on behalf of the Fishguard and Rosslare Railways and Harbours Company. No grants were provided for improvement works at the port; a separate account for harbour operations at Rosslare is not maintained by C.I.E.
‡Dunmore East: This is one of the State harbours administered by the Commissioners of Public Works. In the period 1963-69, an expenditure of £600,000 was incurred in converting the harbour into one of the Major Fishery Harbour Centres provided for in the Fishery Harbour Centres Act, 1968.
