It has been agreed in principle to lease sites for an ice plant and for oil storage on Traders' Wharf, to the Dublin Bay Fishermen's Co-operative Ltd., and to grant them a licence for the installation of power points. I hope to have the necessary arrangements completed soon.
The site for the ice plant is occupied by toilets and new toilets must first be erected elsewhere. The site for the oil tank is at present held by another party and formal surrender is being arranged.
