Vol. 246 No. 11

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Cork City Education Facilities.

17.

asked the Minister for Education if, in view of the fact that there is a shortage of boys' secondary education facilities in the north east ward of Cork city, he will consider providing a new secondary school adjacent to St. Patrick's national school.

The boys in this area are at present served by the existing city schools. The question of what additional provision will be required in the future is at present under consideration in consultation with the advisory council for the Cork city area.
