Vol. 246 No. 11

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Kerry Schools.

18.

asked the Minister for Education if he has any plans for rationalisation of primary education which involves Farranfore and Ballinilane national schools in the parish of Firies, County Kerry; and, if so, if he will give details.

It has been decided to amalgamate Ballinilane national school with Firies national school. The amalgamation will be put into effect when additional accommodation has been provided at Firies national school.

The Commissioners of Public Works hope to place a contract for the work in the near future.
