By agreement with the Whips, it has been decided to conclude the Budget debate today, and the following arrangement has been agreed: speaker for the Labour Party to be called on to conclude not later than 6 p.m. on behalf of his party; speaker for the Fine Gael Party to be called on to conclude on behalf of his party not later than 6.45 p.m.; and the Minister to be called on not later than 7.30 p.m., the debate to conclude not later than 8.15 p.m.
