Committee on Finance. - Merchandise Marks (No. 2) Bill, 1969: Money Resolution.

I move:

That it is expedient to authorise such payments out of moneys provided by the Oireachtas as are necessary to give effect to any Act of the present session to make provision in relation to the informative marking of containers in which goods are packed for sale by retail, to regulate the quantities of goods which may be packed in containers for such sale, to provide for matters connected with the matters aforesaid and to amend the Merchandise Marks Acts, 1887 to 1931.
