Vol. 247 No. 12

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Sickness Benefit Application.

9.

asked the Minister for Social Welfare if there is yet a decision on the application for sickness benefit by a person (name supplied).

I would refer the Deputy to the reply given by me to his question on 3rd June, 1970, about this claimant's position under the Social Welfare Acts. The appeal, on the outcome of which his title to disability benefit primarily depends, was to have been heard on 19th June, 1970, but at the request of the claimant's solicitor has been postponed to 26th June, 1970.
