No proposal from Waterford County Council for the building of houses is before my Department at present. Loan proposals for five schemes comprising 22 houses are under examination and my decision on them will be given shortly. These loan proposals were submitted originally as part of a bulk loan proposal which was received on the 14th January last.
May I ask the Minister, in general, in the course of an ordinary scheme of houses being erected, how many different types of sanction is it necessary to secure?
