There is an amendment from the Seanad.
I move that the Committee agree with the Seanad in amendment No. 1:
In page 18, line 45, "(excluding any plot provided therewith)".
This is an amendment which I undertook to Deputy Tully to bring forward in the Seanad. The Seanad accepted it.
