asked the Minister for Education if he is aware that, because of the primitive, dry toilets and lack of water supply at Facefield national school, Claremorris, County Mayo, some parents have removed their children from this school; and if he will undertake to have essential renovations commenced as a matter of urgency.

The manager has applied for a grant towards the cost of installing flush toilets at Facefield National School, Claremorris, County Mayo, and my Department is at present in consultation with the Commissioners of Public Works in the matter.
