With your permission, a Cheann Comhairle, I propose to take Questions Nos. 40 and 41 together. Payment of grants under the beef cattle incentive scheme to eligible herd-owners in all counties, including Laois and Offaly, has already commenced and is proceeding as quickly as possible.
