Proceedings for compulsory acquisition of this estate resulted in an objection, on behalf of the owners, being allowed in respect of 317 acres and disallowed in respect of the remaining 312 acres. Proceedings are continuing for acquisition of this 312 acres and negotiations on price are at present in train.

Possession of this 22 acre holding has passed to the Land Commission but so far I am unable to forecast when allotment will be effected.
