asked the Minister for Lands when the Land Commission intend to divide the Kelly estate, Gortnagraun, Dunmore, County Galway.

Composite resale proposals are envisaged for this estate and four other properties acquired by the Land Commission in the locality aggregating some 450 acres. Pending completion of the necessary detailed inquiries on the ground it is not possible to indicate when a comprehensive scheme of division and rearrangement can be planned.

asked the Minister for Lands when the Land Commission intend to divide the John Kelly estate, Cloonruff, Ballygar, County Galway.

The preparation of allotment proposals for this 39-acre holding together with an adjoining 69-acre property acquired recently has been deferred pending the outcome of proceedings for acquisition of a further holding in the locality containing 35 acres. In the event of this latter holding being acquired a composite scheme of division will be prepared for the aggregate area of 143 acres.

asked the Minister for Lands when the Land Commission intend to divide the Bodkin estate, Curragheen, Ballaghalde, Tuam, County Galway.

asked the Minister for Lands if and when the Land Commission intend to divide the Clancy estate, Currandoo, Monivea, County Galway.

With your permission, a Cheann Comhairle, I propose to take Questions Nos. 83 and 84 together.

It is hoped to divide both of these properties, aggregating 268 acres, and other lands acquired in the locality this spring.
