*As issues from the Fund during the bank dispute attracted, from the date of payment, interest which could be avoided by local authorities who did not apply until the 15th January, 1971—the delayed value date—very few issues were made to local authorities generally in the period. Since that date a further £650,000 has been paid to Dublin County Council.
