I understand that the promoters of the proposed milk processing factory for North Kerry are at present engaged in drawing up detailed plans in consultation with other interests concerned. I have agreed, in principle, to grant the necessary licence for the project in due course, subject to compliance with the usual conditions about suitability of premises, plant, effluent disposal arrangements, et cetera.
