I would refer the Deputy to my reply to Questions Nos. 36, 37 and 38 of the 24th November, 1970. I would also refer to my reply to Question No. 210 on 16th December, 1970, in which I indicated that work on the preparation of a further report by the inter-departmental committee on local finance and taxation is affected by the review of the structure of local government on which I hope to publish a White Paper.
