Mr. Kavanagh

asked the Minister for Lands if he will state in the case of estates in County Wicklow in the possession of the Land Commission (a) when each was acquired, (b) the area of each, (c) the location of each and (d) if a decision has been made to divide any of them.

Notes—(1) It is not possible at present to indicate when the individual estates mentioned will be divided but there will be no avoidable delay. The necessary local inquiries preliminary to allotment are being pushed forward as rapidly as circumstances permit.

(2) During the last three complete financial years the aggregate area allotted in Co. Wicklow was approximately 1,300 acres.
