Vol. 251 No. 14

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - County Cork Houses.

57.

asked the Minister for Local Government if he will sanction proposals of Cork County Council (West) to erect houses at Bantry, Leap, Drinagh and Ballydehob.

No proposals have been submitted to my Department for the provision of houses at Bantry. I have approved plans for dwellings at Drinagh and Ballydehob and I am awaiting the council's proposals for the acceptance of tenders. The submission by the council of additional technical information regarding their proposal to accept a tender for four houses at Leap is also awaited.
