andMr. G. Lynch asked the Minister for Local Government how many proposals from Kerry County Council for cottages are awaiting the sanction of loans in his Department before they can be erected; if he will give the name and location of each cottage; and when the proposals were first sent to his Department.

Three separate proposals for the raising of loans to finance the erection of rural cottages are being examined in my Department. These were submitted by the council on 19th April, 17th May and 9th June, 1971.
With your permission, a Cheann Comhairle, I propose to circulate, with the Official Report, a statement setting out details of the cottages which are to be financed from each of the loans.
