Vol. 257 No. 12

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Higher Education Grants.

66.

asked the Minister for Education if he will state in relation to each institution where educational grants are tenable (a) the number of students in each faculty or separate section, if any, holding such grants and (b) this number expressed as a percentage of the total number of students in such faculty or section as the case may be.

Particulars of higher education grants held in the current academic year have not yet been furnished by all local authorities. Information as sought by the Deputy is set out, in relation to the academic year 1970-71, in the form of a tabular statement which with your permission, a Cheann Comhairle, I will have circulated with the Official Report.
