Vol. 257 No. 12

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Border Road Cratering.

142.

asked the Minister for Local Government if, in the event of Monaghan County Council's supplying material to be used in filling in roads which have been cratered, his Department will agree to a reimbursement of the cost involved.

Any proposals which Monaghan County Council may make in regard to the repair of damage caused to roads within the county in the circumstances to which the Deputy refers will be considered by me. There are no funds at my disposal, however, for the repair of damage to roads outside the State.
